Since its inception, EC Melodi has built a dedicated following by staying true to what they do best making heavy edits, focusing on skating and making strong clothing with sick graphics. The brand’s team roster includes Pete Simpson, Ellias Kitt, Zachariah Kitt, Judah Bubes, Yosef Bubes, Davis Emory, Akobi Williams, Trung Nguyen, Chris Grant, Coles Bailey, Julian Jennings, Jeremiah Awbrey, Ethan Cobb, Carter Wood, and Cooper AngeliNeff, known for their raw skating. EC Melodi’s videos, such as “Sparks” and “Break Your Legs,” have set them apart from lots of new skate brands and shown they're hear for the long haul. EC Melodi, founded by filmmaker and skateboarder Eli Awbrey, has quickly established itself as a prominent player in the skateboarding scene. Originating from New York, EC Melodi reflects the raw, unfiltered energy of the East Coast skate culture. EC Melodi have been killing it for the last few years with numerous edits and some killer visuals. Thankfully, these guys have also taken the same approach to their clobber too. Awbrey’s vision for the brand combines heavy graphics, some bold colours and a mix of EC Melodi ephemera.

Since its inception, EC Melodi has produced multiple gnarly videos that have caught the eyes of the NOTE workers and Lurkers. These videos include “Break Your Legs” (2023), “Sparks” (2022), and “EC III” (2021). Other significant releases include “Passing Through” (2020), “Bug Collection” (2020) and “F*ck Face” (2020).
Eli Awbrey, the driving force behind EC Melodi, brings his filmmaking style into every aspect of the brand. Known for his distinctive, lo-fi filming style, Awbrey captures the gritty reality of skateboarding, creating videos that resonate with skaters worldwide. His approach emphasises the raw, unpolished nature of skateboarding, showcasing the the EC Melodi team, their passion and vision.
