Futura x Nike SB Dunk Bleached Aqua

Rejoice, dunk lovers—Nike SB has graced us with another gem to covet. This time, it’s the Futura Laboratories x Nike SB Dunk Low that’s capturing our collective admiration. This week we’re set to witness the release of the Futura Laboratories x Nike SB Dunk Low, a collaboration with some history. It has now been over 20 years since Futura’s legendary Nike SB Dunk High “FLOM” was created, and this new iteration is a nod to that original masterpiece. Since then the two powerhouses have produced some of the best and most popular skate shoes the industry has seen so we’re tempted to call this one  the release of the year.

This banger of a skate shoe is a tribute and flashback to that original FLOM dunk high. The "Bleached Aqua" colourway features a majority white mesh upper with multi-coloured overlays in canvas. The sole is bleached aqua while the Nike tick is a rich teal. This skate shoe is quite the looker.

The design is quintessential Futura with its fluid, abstract forms and vivid contrasts. Of course the artist’s signature and Futura Laboratories initials feature towards the rear of the shoe to finish off the much anticipated shoe. This beaut of a dunk is truly one for the ages.

The Futura Laboratories x Nike SB Dunk will be available from NOTE this Saturday in UK sizes 4 to 12 and cost £119.95.
