Fucking Awesome X adidas Skateboarding Stan Smith

Fucking Awesome and adidas are back at it again, breathing new life into the timeless Stan Smith. Since their first link-up in 2013, these two have been pushing out some banging clobber and skate shoes and this latest drop is no exception.

The FA Stan Smith

Taking the refined silhouette of the Stan Smith and roughing it up with FA’s signature aesthetic, this new iteration arrives in an all-black colourway, draped in a premium cracked leather upper.

Instead of the classic perforated Three Stripes, a metallic “Fucking Awesome” emblem sits on the side panel – unmistakably FA. The slick patent leather heel tab adds a subtle shine to the stealthy skate shoe, while black laces and a tonal rubber sole keep things cohesive.

A world away from the technicoloured Fucking Awesome Stan Smith pack from 2019, this new pair is highly wearable and no doubt will feature all of the useful adi-tech that’ll make ‘em a treat to skate.

FA Aloxe Track Jacket & Pants

It’s not just about shoes in this capsule, FA dove headfirst into the trefoil archive and reworked a track suit from yesteryear putting their spin on the Aloxe Track Jacket and Track Pants.

These pieces strip back the usual vibrant colour-blocking in favour of a desaturated, muted black and grey palette similar to the shoes. Crinkle nylon, smooth polyester, subtle material contrasts, low-key FA branding and a boxier, more relaxed fit make this a very nice sportswear addition to the Stan Smiths.
